1. What is BluePrint Publishing and the 360maps.org initiative?

Blueprint Publishing is an educational company with a mission to curate and distribute the intellectual architecture for societal transformation. The “BluePrints,” are based on the discovery of scientific principles of design, that dictate the ideal function of structures. The first application of this “BluePrint,” was to addressing the racial discord in American society. After pulling apart the pieces of the American story the solution was discovered. If we mapped out  African American History so that scholars could visualize information in context, then we would eventually integrate African American stories into the American story, and if we created a national initiative through universities and scholars from across the country then the very process would begin to set the stage for cultivating a new American identity.

The 360map project stemmed from the development of the Black American History map as a solution for large scale social inequity and aiding in the development of a bold initiative, to map out developing nations as a tool for aiding their development.

How the 360 browser works?

The 360 browser works like any other search engine except:

◦ a) Data is organized onto a map and can be mapped out from a wide list of categories.

◦ b) Search results can be filtered and organized by time (historical vs current).

◦ C) Most of the data is imputed by verified users (searches not available are completed using AI search features, to expand the database)

◦ d) Members can create custom maps, with data either publicly accessible or for private use. I have created The Black American History Map, which is connected to this database.

◦ E) Members can create privately licensed, publicly and digitally accessible, static versions of their maps for display in any number of ways, including magazines, kiosks at malls, airports, or major stations, and sublet space on their maps to their own members.

◦ F) Members can choose to be mapped out by profession. This makes it possible to find drivers, private home health care takers, plumbers, carpenters etc.

◦ G) In smaller countries or developing nations where the infrastructure is not as organized and may not have been mapped out by google, the browser creates an opportunity for a local government regulated map, which makes it easier for tourists and investors to verify individuals and businesses to create an economic ecosystem for development.

◦ H) The design allows researchers to analyze historical data mapped out by race, date, location, and multiple categories all at once. Example, a researcher studying the impact of the Great Depression in New York, could isolate and compare news reports, artwork, literature, individual biographies among many other categories that would expand and enrich the understanding of the particular era and location.

◦ I) Repositories such as museums, the library of congress, Getty images and archival organizations can catalog and organize their data onto this publicly accessible map that they can privately regulate.

2. What makes it unique?

It is an effort to arrange and organize human intelligence.

◦ Every other browser/ search engine displays data in list form. The 360 feature also displays data on a map to create a visual of context and connection between information. This makes it possible to expand on the interpretation of historical data, to create fresh perspectives.

◦ Whereas Google and IOS mapping systems are limited in search criteria and usually only businesses, and major attractions; the 360map can include a wide range of categories in one search and includes individual and historical data, combining the features of a browser with a map.

 ◦ the 360map allows users to create specialized maps, and to use the maps for more than immediate direction, but for research and development. The other maps allow user customizations but are not integrated into the official map and so not publicly accessible.

◦ Geo fencing into google maps app allows users to receive notifications based on categories of interest. Everything in an area can be seen without searching, helping users to “discover” things that they may not have been searching for but would likely be interested in.

◦ Search results from other browsers may return millions of unrelated results. The 360 feature greatly narrows the search results and will increasingly expand opportunities for users to connect directly with subscribers based on related information.

◦ Other browsers derive data from other websites or social profiles. The 360 feature gives ordinary users the ability to advertise their properties, businesses or professions directly to consumers in search of them, without the need of maintaining a costly website, or paying for social media advertising.

◦ 360 displays member imputed data, or AI generated data, in response to user searches not yet listed. This means that the growth of the database is directly connected to reflect user interests to identify areas for growth.

◦ The 360 feature allows subscribers, countries and larger enterprises to create custom maps connected to the singular database, so that items on their custom maps can be discovered by casual users. Their custom maps can be marketed and monetized so that their subscribers would pay a fee to be added to their map.

3. How do viewers learn about and use your browser?

◦ There are a few marketing strategies to get thousands of users very quickly, but the initial focus or target group are communities where individuals may not have the ability to sign up due to lack of digital currency. This initiative will require a different strategy, in the summer of 2025 I started some ground work on the island of St.Lucia. I established a connection with the government, and I am hoping to pilot the St.Lucia360map as the very first government regulated map. With the success of this area, I will hire representatives to help map out this island and other Caribbean nations and eventually expand globally.

4. Who is your competition?

No company currently offers this combination, but Google, LinkedIn, Angie’s list, Nextdoor and social media platforms combined.

5. What is your competitive advantage?

·       First of its kind: I filed a provisional patent, followed by a non-provisional patent application in September 2025.

·      Grounded in education and public service:

Our business model is grounded in copyrighted principles that intersect scientific reasoning with philosophical values based on “the BluePrints for life.”

As a Social Studies teacher, I created and successfully commercialized a custom version of the map, demonstrating its impact and value for educational institutions, libraries, and museums.

·       Deep personal commitment and community support: I have a substantial personal investment in this project, strong community backing, and am now working on it full time with the goal of creating a trusted, widely accessible platform.

·       As AI adoption accelerates, the demand for responsible, efficient data processing will grow exponentially. The 360 design integrates multiple significant features that reduce data processing requirements, while prioritizing clarity, accessibility, and trust. This approach positions the platform as a trusted alternative to existing solutions, designed to serve users rather than overwhelm them.

6. What is the “economic ecosystem” to develop Black Communities

·       Historically, Black communities have faced persistent challenges, including corruption among leadership, exploitation of resources, and destabilizing international interference. These forces have limited the ability of everyday citizens to participate meaningfully in the economy and have made progressive solutions risky, and at times life-threatening. The 360 solution is an independent, non-NGO platform designed to help communities identify and activate their existing human and material resources. It enables the creation and monetization of custom maps and provides tools to support transparency, coordination, and economic self-regulation.

·       Built-in trust and verification:
The platform’s integrated verification system establishes a foundation of trust, enabling grassroots movements to connect with global partners and investors. Stakeholders can easily verify, visualize, and directly support or interact with small startup ventures, nonprofit initiatives, or individuals seeking assistance or raising awareness.

·       Countering misinformation through localized reporting:
In an era of widespread misinformation and declining trust in information sources, the platform allows news organizations to map reports that connect directly to individuals within specific locations. Users on the ground can comment on and interact with these reports, helping to surface local perspectives and amplify stories that the mainstream media may overlook or choose not to highlight.

7. Who will want to be part of this ecosystem and Why?

◦ Companies pay dearly to improve their search engine optimization (SEO). 360 listings will appear on search results from other browsers and will be marketed as a cost-effective solution to increasing visibility and outreach.

◦ Temporary large-scale enterprises like the Olympics, major conferences or conventions looking to create a static/physical map of their locations for brochures, guides or kiosks, that is seamlessly integrated into Google maps.

◦ Cities, states, or municipalities looking to create visuals for tourist guides or to direct citizen traffic for major events and raise funds through marketing opportunities on their custom map.

◦ One of the major challenges of AI to date is mapping. This technology gap offers organizations seeking to remain viable, including platforms such as Getty Images, JSTOR, and organizations like libraries or museums an opportunity to map out and reorganize their data so that their resources are discovered and appreciated by researchers.

◦ Organizations, looking to map out their impact, and provide evidence of the extent of their reach.

◦ Professionals looking to feature their research or expertise on a particular location.

◦ Guest houses (Air bnb’s) and smaller restaurants or niche businesses without a website or on any platform and looking for a cost-effective solution to increasing visibility and outreach.

◦ Individual professionals including plumbers, mechanics, cosmetologists, or drivers can place their profiles on the map and can be discovered by users.

◦ Countries looking for 21st century solutions to a global ai rollout, and a new way forward, with full scale educational and infrastructural redesign, that enables them to connect their citizens and institutions.

◦ Institutions of higher learning, looking for a new holistic teacher training tool.

◦ Individuals around the world who are interested in our mission, and individuals from Black or other marginalized communities.

◦ Educators looking for a new innovative tool to increase engagement and to create custom maps of their own.

◦ Since users can be verified using their payment method, listing on the 360map adds legitimacy, and easily becomes a tool for increasing visibility, marketing and improving their SEO.

8. What is the cost to participate in this ecosystem? The cost for an average small business, independent professional or researcher is a nominal $2-5 monthly. Larger organizations or countries may range from $500 per year and more based on levels of customization including custom icons, logos, number of subscribers and private member interfaces.

9. What type of collaboration are you looking for? and How would this collaboration work?

◦ We are now prepared for rapid scaling and require collaboration and sponsorship to attract investors and venture capitalists.

The audacious vision of the “BluePrint” seeks to create an independent alliance of ethically driven intellectuals. A successful rollout requires courageous and bold partnerships with institutions focused on creating an ethically managed society. We are aggressively seeking partnerships with member organizations, with a commitment to constructing the framework for the future.
