The BluePrints.

BluePrint Publishing’s philosophy is based on the principles of The BluePrints for life.

Every living entity originates from a simple design; which is the intellectual architecture that outlines its basic functions.

All complex systems in turn are patterned after or operate based on their specific design. This philosophy blends the humanities understanding of our world with mathematical and scientific principles.

Addressing real world problems requires an understanding of the design of a structure, (applied medical philosophy) Thus some Systemic societal problems require complete structural redesign. Building a new structure, requires a new

BluePrint and BluePrint Publishing brings together a network of intellectuals who have a desire to design BluePrints for education, politics, economy and ethical societal development.

The Black American History Map on 360maps.org is one example of our solutions to racial division in America.

Our members are:

Intellectual architects with a unique perspective, through their background, education or experience.

Eager to share solutions to our greatest dilemmas by redesigning to eliminate structural flaws.

Inventive designers, who use this philosophy in constructing educational materials that provide deeper understanding into our biggest challenges.

We provide:

The repository where intellectual architects around the world leave imprints of their genius for future generations.

A user interface into 360maps.org, where large organizations like the World Cat, Library of Congress or Getty Images can organize their records by location.

A platform for debate, deep and honest dialogue, to discuss problems and design equitable solutions.

Holistically designed solutions to replace the Western reactive and symptom oriented philosophy, which permeates our medicine, education and politics.

Academic freedom to our members to build from the BluePrints, expand on our research, teach, write and publish their own certified materials.

The Vision

We are a US based organization for social reorganization on a macro level through the partnership of nations, institutions of learning, private and public entities. Established in 2014 in Hartford, CT and became a Limited Liability Corporation in 2023, BPP is working to become an international NGO body, with the assembly of educators, professionals and world leaders from various related disciplines and countries.

The term “BluePrint” was derived from the architectural reference to the design and codes used when building a structure. This concept is applied to reimagining our society. It is the intellectual architecture required to envision the society we would like to see.

To do this we must go back to the foundation and start from scratch. We must be committed to build a society inclusive of perspectives which were once marginalized or deliberately omitted. BluePrint Publishing establishes guidelines for achieving these ideals.

Democracy

The BluePrints for society require a cross communication between various sectors including education, culture and business. BPP uses global rank data to examine the position of countries (based on factors such as access to education and capital and intangible factors such as individual perception of happiness). We then audit areas for growth and recommend policies and best practices to improve citizens sense of purpose and connection as the bedrock for building the society.

Education

This award winning Social Studies application of the BluePrints, uses State and National standards to audit the materials used in our schools, to establish guidelines for oversight in publishing materials and to develop a holistic curriculum, which accurately represents the diverse perspectives which have shaped our world. The ultimate goal is to uplift all our students especially those of underserved populations, nationalities and countries.

As a governing body we deliver professional development programs to schools, ensure that educators are trained and certified in accordance with the BluePrints, audit future publications or productions, provide consultations and peer reviewed certifications for academic writing, influence legislative policies relating to content, audit policies to ensure compliance and work together to establish a research bank to inspire student led examination of our shared histories. This will eventually, impact everything from the scripts that are written, to the perspectives of national and internal discourse to impact revolutionary changes.

Business

BPP believes strongly in the concept of preparing the foundation before attempting to build. For this reason we are committed to addressing issues of reparations for citizens of the African/Black Diaspora and are backing the Black360map project. This project curates historical information relative to the Black diaspora onto a map to create a visual representation of information historically and today, a complete 360. Historically leaders of African decent have faced targeted threats because of their commitment to building their countries. This project alleviates the threats and pressure on national leaders by creating an ecosystem for economic development and intellectual engagement bringing communities together across various international borders.

Our Journey and Progress in the US

In 2019 Connecticut Governor Ned Lamont signed – “Public Act 19-12-to direct all regional and local boards of education to include an elective course of studies at the high school level that provides students with a better understanding of the African-American, Black, Puerto Rican, and Latino contributions to United States history, society, economy, and culture.” The need for this bill stems from a recognized lack of consistent information regarding the contributions of African Americans in the American story. On the surface this bill is a bold and ambitious gesture of diplomacy in the fight for equality; but this bill simply seals the segregated sense of otherness and marginalization of non-white ethnicities.

In a sense education represents the final frontier of the civil rights battle in America. Advanced research indicates that the problem may lie in the story itself; because its inherent inaccuracies stem from the time when the Black voice was excluded from the courtroom, the school house or any national forum in this nation.

When the restrictions were lifted. the die was cast and the narrative and perspectives of White Nationalists fixed. The problem with this story, is that the African American identity remains trapped in a continuum of ever evolving forms of captivity in a “caste-like” culture of people who through slavery, conquest, or colonization have been involuntarily incorporated into a society…Ogbu (2003)5.

This explains the urgent need for a blueprint. The unified set of plans which will provide direction for our educators and everyone interested in our history and the perfection of our union.

To date educators in the state have received training on the Black360map project.

We have provided lesson samples for the state and institutions such as Yale university and are currently working on promising partnerships with universities to implement the complete BluePrint in teacher training programs.
